What is the puppys feeding schedule like?We fill feed bowls morning and evening and let them have free choice. We do not take feed bowls away after feeding. If you want to incorpate meal times, that is up to you.
-
What kind of food do you feed?We feed Purina as well as a raw meat diet. We pick up bone and meat scraps from a local butcher every week and feed it to them. They absolutely love it and chewing bones helps with teething and boredom.
-
Are your puppies house trained? Our puppies are raised in our kennel with in house conditions. They have blankets or dog beds to sleep on and get their pen cleaned twice a day.
-
Are your puppies potty trained? Our puppies are trained to do their business at the end of their pen that gets cleaned twice a day. We clean out the poo and wash and sanitize the floor 2 times every day. They learn to go at the same spot all the time. This schedule makes training a breeze, simply take them outside immediately after they are done eating, and once they have done their business, they are good to go.

What to do if I see my puppy has worms?Worms are common in dogs and need dewormed regularly. Worms and their eggs have a 2 week cycle, so I as a breeder, do my best to have them dewormed before they go to their new homes. It is my recommendation to have your vet deworm at your routine check up appointments.

How often do I need to groom my new puppy?Doodles need grooming depending on the look you like. If you like a short and shaven look, every 6 to 12 weeks. If you like a longer hairy look, you can do it 2 times a year. Regular brushing and bathing will help to keep their coats nice and smelling clean.
